    This Privacy Policy helps you understand:

    When we refer to the “Company” in this Privacy Policy, we mean EUROLAMP S.A., which provides this website and any services or features made available to you through it.

    EUROLAMP S.A. has aligned its Privacy Policy with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective May 25, 2018, under the supervision of the Greek Data Protection Authority.

    The company has completed Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for activities related to this website as well as for its overall operations.
    These assessments are available upon request from the Data Protection Officer (see Section 9).

    You may voluntarily provide personal information via this website for purposes such as:

    • obtaining more information about our company or products,

    • other similar purposes.

    Providing your personal data is entirely optional, and by doing so you give your explicit consent for its use solely for the purposes you specify.

    EUROLAMP S.A. may access and use personal data only for the purposes for which it was submitted:

    We do not use personal data for other purposes, such as marketing communications, without your explicit consent.

    Personal data is stored and maintained in accordance with industry best practices aligned with ISO 27001, the international standard for information security. These practices include:

    • procedures carried out by our personnel and authorized third parties (see Section 5),

    • technical controls to prevent unauthorized access, compromise, or theft of information from our systems,

    • continuous monitoring of our Information System with state-of-the-art security measures.

    3. Sensitive Personal Data

    Under the GDPR, certain categories of personal data are considered “sensitive” and require special handling.
    This website and its services do not collect or process sensitive personal data.

    DPIAs related to this are available upon request from the Data Protection Officer (see Section 9).

    4. Children’s Personal Data

    • This website and all services offered by EUROLAMP S.A. are not intended for children under 18 years of age.

    • If it comes to our attention that a child under 18 has provided personal data without parental consent, please contact the Data Protection Officer (see Section 9) so that appropriate measures can be taken.

    5. Rights of Customers and Citizens

    Under GDPR, you have several rights regarding the personal data you provide to EUROLAMP S.A. through this website:

    You may request that the company:

    1. Confirms what personal data it holds for you, if any, and for what purposes.

    2. Updates or withdraws any consent you have provided regarding your personal data.

    3. Corrects inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

    4. Provides a full copy of your personal data for transfer elsewhere.

    5. Stops processing your personal data while an objection is being resolved.

    6. Permanently deletes all personal data and confirms to you that it has done so, unless there is a valid reason to retain it.
