Introduction

The Privacy Policy will help you understand what information we collect and process when you use this EUROLAMP S.A. website, how we use it, and what choices you have regarding your personal data.

When we refer to the "Company" in this Privacy Policy, we mean EUROLAMP S.A., the company providing this website and any services or features made available to you through it.

Data Protection Framework

EUROLAMP S.A. has aligned its Privacy Policy with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective May 25, 2018, under the supervision of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

The company has completed Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for activities related to this website as well as for its overall operations. These assessments are available upon request from the Data Protection Officer of EUROLAMP S.A. (see Section 9).

Customer and Citizen Data
You may voluntarily provide personal information through this website if you are seeking more information about us, our products, or for other similar purposes. By providing your personal data, you give your explicit consent for its use only for the purposes you specify. EUROLAMP S.A. may access and use customer data only for the purposes you submitted it for: (a) to provide you with information, (b) to communicate with you, (c) to provide services, or (d) to maintain the functionality and security of the website and the services provided to you. We will not use your personal data for any other purposes, such as marketing communications, unless we have your explicit consent.

We will always handle and store your personal data in accordance with industry best practices, aligned with ISO 27001, the international standard for information security. These practices include activities and procedures carried out by our personnel and authorized third parties (see Section 5), as well as technical controls to prevent unauthorized access, compromise, or theft of information from our applications, while continuously maintaining the security of our entire Information System, which we regularly monitor.

Sensitive Personal Data
The GDPR defines categories of personal data considered "sensitive," which require special attention from data controllers. This website and its services do not collect or process sensitive personal data, supporting privacy impact assessment (DPIA) requirements under the GDPR. These assessments are available upon request from the Data Protection Officer of EUROLAMP S.A. (see Section 9).

Children’s Personal Data
This website (and the services provided through it), as well as all services of EUROLAMP S.A. in general, are not intended for children under 18 years of age. If you learn that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact the Data Protection Officer of EUROLAMP S.A. (see Section 9) so that appropriate measures can be taken.

Rights of Customers and Citizens
Under data protection regulations, you have several rights regarding the personal data you provide to EUROLAMP S.A. through this website. These rights include the ability to request that the company: confirms what personal data it holds for you, if any, and for what purposes; changes the consent you have provided regarding your personal data; corrects any inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you; provides a complete copy of your personal data so you can transfer it elsewhere; stops processing your personal data while an objection is being addressed; permanently deletes all personal data and confirms to you that it has done so (unless there is a valid reason preventing this).
