    Welcome to ESTHETI — Terms of Use

    This website is owned and operated exclusively by EUROLAMP S.A.

    These Terms govern exclusively all wholesale sales of products through the website www.estheti.gr. Any deviations from these Terms must be expressly confirmed by EUROLAMP S.A.. Any other terms and conditions are expressly excluded.

    Any user who accesses and uses the services of the online store is deemed to unconditionally accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If a user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the online store and from conducting any transactions through it.

    This agreement αφορά wholesale sales only via the website. Any amendments take effect from the moment they are published herein.
    Submitting an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    What This Means for You

    1. Obligations of Wholesale Customers

    Wholesale customers:

    • Select products at their own responsibility, based on their needs and suitability.

    • Review product details, pricing, availability, and delivery terms before completing an order.

    2. Orders

    • Orders must be submitted in writing online by completing and submitting the relevant Order Form available at www.estheti.gr.

    • Orders are accepted exclusively from wholesale customers.

    • An order is considered received by EUROLAMP S.A. once you receive an order status confirmation.

    Order status notifications:

    • Are displayed on the user’s screen

    • Are sent via email to the registered email address

    During order processing:

    • Product availability is confirmed

    • If availability or delivery time differs from what is stated on the product page, you will be notified by phone or email

    All prices displayed on the website exclude VAT.
    The final price including VAT is shown at the final stage of checkout.

    Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
    Promotional offers are valid while stocks last and are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

    EUROLAMP S.A.:

    • Is not responsible for errors in product descriptions, images, or pricing

    • Cannot guarantee that errors will not occur during data entry or updates

    3. Order Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by:

    Available options depend on the processing stage of the order.

    4. Order Delivery

    Products may be delivered anywhere within Greece:

    • Via cooperating courier companies

    • Within the Thessaloniki region via company-owned vehicles

    Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
    For unavailable products, customers will be notified by phone or email.

    5. Warranty

    EUROLAMP S.A. provides no warranty and makes no guarantee regarding the suitability of any product for a specific purpose.
    Customers are responsible for ensuring that products meet their requirements.

    6. Force Majeure

    EUROLAMP S.A. shall not be liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, wars, terrorist acts, supplier or transportation issues, currency fluctuations, governmental actions, or natural disasters.

    7. Product Returns – Consumer Rights

    • Products may be returned within 45 calendar days from the invoice date

    • The customer bears only the direct return shipping cost

    • A written return request must be sent to info@eurolamp.gr with the subject
      “Product Return Request”, including invoice date/number and reason for return

    Returns are accepted only after written approval by EUROLAMP S.A.

    Credit notes are issued within 30 days from receipt of returned products, depending on payment and return method.

    This agreement does not affect any consumer rights granted by applicable law.

    8. Amendments to the Terms

    EUROLAMP S.A. reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
    Any changes take effect upon publication on this page.

    If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    9. Governing Law – Jurisdiction

    This Agreement is governed by Greek and European Law, particularly legislation concerning e-commerce, distance selling, and consumer protection, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
